ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR), launched as part of its Security Operations portfolio, has deep integration into its CMDB and ITSM modules—a significant differentiator. These connections enable advanced workflows, such as initiating change requests, factoring in reboots, modifying SLAs, and accounting for patch maintenance windows.

ServiceNow has expanded its UVM strategy and according to the report, “ServiceNow’s vision is heavy on agentic AI for vulnerability prioritization and response.
