| Need to change or cancel your request? |
As long as your award request is not confirmed for use on a reservation, you may change or cancel it without penalty by clicking here or by contacting Member Support. Please do so no later than 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive.
Once your award request is confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to receive credit back for all the awards. However, if it is after 2 p.m. local hotel time one day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Award(s) applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself. See terms and conditions for full details on Suite Night Award(s).
