Package price is for a Superior Twin Room. Package cost and all applicable fees will be charged in Singapore dollars. The retail value of this package is up to JPY120,000 and is based on current room rates at time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Standard retail value of the accommodations is up to JPY39,000 per night. Package excludes transportation and parking. A surcharge of JPY20,000 per night will apply during the following dates: June 23-July 31, 2018, August 1-31, 2018, September 1-17, 2018. This package is not available for the following dates: April 29 – May 7, 2018, August 10 – 18, 2018. Participation in Marriott Rewards is subject to the terms and conditions of the Marriott Rewards program.
Qualification: This Package is designed for married couples who are homeowners with a joint annual income in excess of JPY8,500,000. Attendance at a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes is required to qualify for this Package. The promotional price is only available to married couples, both aged 30 years and older, and it is a condition to the Package that you travel and attend the presentation together. If you (as part of a qualified couple) or your partner/spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, you will be charged the full retail cost of the Package.
Other conditions: A major credit card is required for check-in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package at the time you purchase the Package. Reservations are on a space available basis, advance booking required. The Package includes room and tax only unless otherwise specified. A written confirmation voucher is required upon check-in at the resort. Reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through Marriott Vacation Club at the reservation hotline number. Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival, available for travel for 12 months from date of purchase and subject to availability.
The purchase of the promotional Package offer and accommodation does not earn Marriott Rewards®. Package price is non-refundable and package offer is non-transferable. Cancellation, no shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 14 days prior to arrival) will result in forfeiture of Package. Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
