² Bonus Points: The primary cardmember will earn 32,000 bonus points after spending $1,000 or more on purchases less credits, returns and adjustments ("Net Purchases") within 90 days of credit card account opening. 32,000 points can be redeemed for up to 4 free nights at eligible over 1,000 participating Choice Hotels locations. The bonus will be reflected on the credit card billing statement after the qualifying purchases have posted. This offer may be cancelled at any time without notice.
³ Important Information About The Choice Privileges Rewards Program: 8,000 bonus points can be redeemed for a free night at over 1,000 Choice Hotel locations; a free night at most Choice Hotel locations requires more than 8,000 points; free night point redemption levels vary per brand, hotel, by season, and for other factors. 4 Earning Points: The primary cardmember will earn 15 points for every $1.00 of Net Purchases made on the account on completed eligible stays at Choice Hotels locations. Eligible Choice Hotel Net Purchases are items billed by Choice Hotels as merchant of record booked through ChoiceHotels.com, calling the Choice Hotels Service Center, or booking direct with an eligible Choice Hotel. The 15 points will be posted in three separate award transactions:
Ten points will be awarded to your Choice Privileges Membership Account ("Membership Account").
• Earn 10 points for every $1.00 of Net Purchases spent on eligible completed stays at Choice Hotels when your credit card account is linked to your Membership Account. These points will be awarded after your stay is complete and will be posted directly to your Membership Account.
The additional five points will be awarded to the primary cardmember or authorized user's credit card account.
• First, earn 2 points for every $1.00 of Net Purchases spent on eligible stays at Choice Hotel locations. These points will be awarded when the purchase is posted to the primary cardmember or authorized user's credit card account.
• Then, earn 3 points for every $1.00 of Net Purchases spent on eligible completed stays at Choice Hotel locations purchased with the primary cardmember or authorized user's credit card account linked to a Membership Account. These points will be awarded after your stay is completed and may post on a separate credit card account billing statement than the one on which the stay transaction has posted.
5 Earn 5 points for every $1.00 spent on the Net Purchase of Choice Privileges points and Choice Hotels gift cards.
6 Earn 2 points for every $1.00 of Net Purchases spent on all other purchases, including eligible or non-point eligible Choice Hotel stays. These points will be awarded when the purchase is posted to your Credit Card Account billing statement.

7 Anniversary Points Bonus: The primary cardmember will earn 8,000 bonus points after spending at least $10,000 in Net Purchases within each 12-month period through and including the billing cycle date of the month after your credit card account anniversary month. Spend will be calculated based upon primary cardmember and authorized user purchases. A maximum of 8,000 anniversary bonus points can be earned. Each year, your spend will start over. Anniversary bonus points will be applied at the close of the billing cycle the month after your credit card account anniversary date.
