The promotion is only available to members of the Choice Privileges® Rewards Program who make two separate qualifying stays with arrival between 09/4/2019 and 11/08/2019. A "stay" is any number of consecutive nights at one hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs. A "qualifying stay" is a stay that is during this promotion at a participating hotel through a qualifying channel (see Qualifying Channel, below) that is eligible to earn Choice Privileges points. Most stays are eligible to earn Choice Privileges points EXCEPT: rooms booked at rates below $40 USD per night, certain hotel initiated promotions, reward night stays, complimentary rooms, rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting, rooms booked through a travel agent or third party online retailer including online travel agencies, wholesale packages, group tours, and stays booked using the employee discount or the friends and family discount. Stays at vacation rental property locations and Choice Hotels® properties in the following countries are excluded from this promotion: Japan, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Guyana, and Ecuador. You must maintain an address in the U.S. (includes U.S. territories) or Canada to be eligible.
Registered members will be awarded a minimum of 5,000 to a maximum of 8,000 bonus points after the second qualifying stay. The number of bonus points awarded depends on the number of base points earned from the two separate qualifying stays, with points varying by hotel. The total of base points plus bonus points awarded, however, will be at least 8,000 points, which is the number of points required for a future free night at over 1,000 Choice® hotels worldwide (see Free Nights, below).
Qualifying Channel: Members must book stays via ChoiceHotels.com, the Choice Hotels mobile app, or 800.4CHOICE. Corporate travelers may book through their online booking tool, GDS, or with a travel agent. Choice Privileges member number must be provided upon check-in. To be eligible to earn bonus points, members must set their earning preference to Choice Privileges points in their online account. Any change made to earning preference will remain in effect after the promotion has ended, unless the member changes it. Allow 72 hours from check-out for points to post. Request for bonus points made by members who did not register for the promotion will only be considered up to 60 days after the promotion ends; request thereafter will be automatically denied.
Free Nights: There are no blackout dates. Restrictions, taxes, and fees apply. There are over 1,000 Choice hotels with reward nights available at 8,000 points or less. A free night at most Choice locations requires more than 8,000 points; reward nights at locations worldwide are available from 6,000 to 35,000 points (excluding Australasia, where reward nights require up to 75,000 points). Point requirements may vary based on time of year.

1 Cambria $10 Voucher: This credit only applies to guests making a qualifying stay at a participating Cambria® Hotel. The credit is valid in the Cambria Marketplace and, depending upon participation, other select locations in the hotel (check with the front desk for any other locations). Depending upon participation and local laws, there may be restrictions on what items the credit may be used for and the credit may not be used for tips or other service charges or fees. There is one $10 credit per room and it is non-transferable, has no cash value, and any unused amount is lost if not used during the stay where issued.
Cambria Status Upgrade: Promotion is valid for US, Canadian and European Choice Privileges members only who have a qualifying stay (see below) at a Cambria® Hotel on 9/7/19 or afterward. To qualify for status upgrade, you: (1) must be a Choice Privileges member (there is no cost to join); and (2) send an email to StatusMatch@choicehotels.com with the following information: (a) your Choice Privileges number, (b) either a copy/photo of your membership card (showing expiration date) or a copy/screenshot of your current account statement, showing your elite status with another major hotel loyalty program, and (c) a copy/screenshot of your Cambria folio/receipt. The Diamond Elite status is valid for the current year only if the Cambria Qualifying stay and/or your request is between January – June, but is valid for the current and following year if the Cambria qualifying stay and your request is between July – December. After that time, you must qualify for elite level status each calendar year. Guests who have received a Status Match (elite status upgrade) in a previous calendar year are not eligible for this promotion. Guests who have already had their status matched within the current calendar year for a level lower than Diamond are eligible, however, for the promotion, and their Diamond level upgrade will last until the end of when their current Status Match upgrade would expire.
Qualifying Stays: most stays at a Cambria are qualifying stays, EXCEPT: rooms booked at rates below $40 USD per night; certain hotel-initiated promotions; reward night stays, complimentary rooms, rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting, rooms booked through a travel agent or third party online retailer including online travel agencies, wholesale packages, group tours, and stays booked using the employee discount or the friends, family and associate discount.
Cambria Double Your Extras: This promotion only applies to qualifying stays at participating Cambria® Hotels. Some benefit options such as the Amazon.com® credit, coffee gift card, Fuel Rewards® savings, and Uber® trip discounts may not be available at all Choice Hotels® locations. Your Extras may only be earned on qualifying point-eligible stays that include at least one Sunday through Thursday night. United States-based members have the option of selecting one from the following: 400 Choice Privileges bonus points, 100 airline miles (from participating airline carriers), $0.20/gallon in Fuel Rewards savings, $2.50 Amazon.com credit, $5 coffee gift card, and $2.50 Uber trip discount, all of which are doubled under this promotion, where available. The bonus/doubled portion of the Your Extra selected may take up to 7 days to fulfill. Hotels are independently owned & operated.
2 (Early Check In, Late Check Out): Subject to availability. Early Check-In can be granted up to 2 hours prior to regular check-in, and late Check-Out can be granted up to 2 hours after regular check-out.
