Everyone over the age of majority is welcome to visit our preview center or resort sales office and purchase; however, in order to participate in this promotional offer, you and your spouse or cohabitating significant other (if applicable) must meet the requirements set forth in these Details of Participation. If you and your spouse or cohabitating significant other (if applicable) do not meet these requirements, you will not be eligible to receive any gifts in connection with this offer. If you do not meet these requirements, but you or your spouse or cohabitating significant other have received gifts, you will be charged the verifiable retail value for such gifts, plus all applicable taxes, less any payments made by you. If you are married or cohabitating with a significant other, you and your spouse or significant other (as applicable) are hereinafter collectively referred to herein as “We” or “Us:”
I am, or at least one of Us is, 25 years of age or older. I or We each (if married or cohabitating with a significant other) have a valid driver's license or government-issued identification. I have, or at least one of Us has, a valid personal debit card bearing a MasterCard® or Visa® logo or a valid personal credit card bearing a MasterCard,® Visa,® American Express,® or Discover® logo. I or We (if married or cohabitating with a significant other) have a gross annual household income of at least $50,000 and I understand that I, or at least one of Us, must be creditworthy as detailed below. If cohabiting with a significant other and combining income, I understand that proof of cohabitation through government-issued identifications showing identical home addresses is required. I agree that I (or We if married or cohabitating with a significant other) must attend and complete an approximately two-hour Bluegreen Vacation Club® sales presentation and tour on the benefits of timeshare ownership at the Bluegreen Vacations preview center in my selected destination area. If married, or cohabiting, both individuals must attend and complete the timeshare sales presentation and tour together. The timeshare sales presentation will be in English. By accepting this offer and to meet its eligibility requirements, you affirm that you (or We if married or cohabitating with a significant other) are conversant in the English language and have read and understand these Details of Participation. Group travel on this promotion is not permitted. Group travel is defined as participating in this promotion with friends or family on the same date.
I understand that I, or at least one of Us (if married or cohabitating with a significant other), must: (i) have a minimum credit score as established by this offer's sponsor (currently a FICO® score of 600); or (ii) if FICO® information is not readily available, meet Bluegreen’s internal financial risk underwriting requirements. I also understand that if I, or if I and my cohabitating significant other or spouse, have filed for bankruptcy protection or been adjudicated bankrupt or insolvent within the past 7 years, I/We are not eligible for this offer. I understand that my and/or my spouse’s or cohabitating significant other’s (if applicable) precise credit score(s) will only be verified through a hard inquiry upon my or our (if applicable) consent and decision to purchase a timeshare interest or Sampler product from Bluegreen Vacations. Bluegreen Vacations reserves the right to change these qualifications without notice. Attendance at an approximately two-hour BVC timeshare sales presentation and tour is required to be eligible for this promotion. A promotional gift may be offered with this promotion to be provided upon completion of the timeshare sales presentation and tour (or earlier if required by law). Verified retail value of promotional items offered is up to $200.00, unless stated otherwise. Bluegreen Vacations reserves the right to substitute promotional item(s) at equal or greater value. Transportation, additional expenses, and applicable room and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipients. Pets and boats are not permitted, and motorcycle and RV restrictions may apply in certain destination areas. This offer is made on a space-available basis and is non-transferable. One offer per family. No purchaser should rely on representations other than those included in these Details of Participation. Bluegreen Vacations acts as an agent attractions and other services supplied as part of the vacation package and will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special consequential, or punitive damages arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. All operators, including air carriers, hotels, car rental companies and attractions mentioned are independent contractor suppliers, each of which has obligations toward and limitations in respect to liability to the purchaser directly. Bluegreen Vacations is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, terrorism, or Acts of God. Residents of North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho and any states where registration or licensing requirements have not been met are not eligible for this promotion. If you are a resident of a country other than the U.S., Canada or the U.K., you may be ineligible for this promotion and it may be withheld in the sponsor's sole discretion. The following are also ineligible for this offer: Bluegreen Vacation Club and Bluegreen Vacation fixed-week owners; Bluegreen Vacation UDI and Campground owners; current holders of Bluegreen Vacation promotional offers; and those who have attended a Bluegreen/ BVC timeshare sales presentation without purchase within the past 15 months.
