Promotion is only available to members of the Choice Privileges Rewards Program who make two separate qualifying stays at a Cambria hotel property between 10/11/2018 and 12/31/2018. First stay must begin on or after 10/11/2018 and second stay must begin by 12/31/2018.
Elite Gold membership obtained through the promotion will be valid until 12/31/2019 and must be earned thereafter according to Choice Privileges program requirements. A “stay” is any number of consecutive nights at one hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs. A “qualifying stay” is a stay at a participating hotel that is eligible to earn Choice Privileges points. Most stays are eligible to earn Choice Privileges points EXCEPT: rooms booked at rates below $40 USD per night, certain hotel initiated promotions, reward night stays, complimentary rooms, rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting, rooms booked through a travel agent or third party online retailer including online travel agencies, wholesale packages, group tours, and stays booked using the employee discount or the friends and family discount.
Elite Gold members receive a 10% point bonus on stays where Choice Privileges points are earned. Bonus points will be awarded beginning with the first stay after Elite Status is earned. The point bonus applies to stays where base Choice Privileges points are earned. The bonus does not apply to Airline miles, Amtrak Guest Rewards points, points earned from the Choice Privileges® Visa® card or any other promotion. Qualifying stays completed by members with primary earning preferences set to Airline miles or Amtrak Guest Rewards points will count toward the number of nights required to reach Elite status membership. Non-qualifying stays do not count toward the number of nights needed to reach Elite membership regardless of earning preference (Choice Privileges points, Airline miles or Amtrak Guest Rewards points).
Elite members only earn Elite status on one room per stay. Members must book stays via ChoiceHotels.com, the Choice Hotels mobile app, or 800.4CHOICE at qualifying rates. Corporate travelers may book through their online booking tool, GDS, or with a travel agent. Choice Privileges member number must be provided upon check-in. Any change made to earning preference will remain in effect after the promotion has ended. Allow 15 business days from check-out for status to update.
Requests for status changes made by members who did not register for the promotion will only be honored up to 60 days after the promotion ends; requests thereafter will be denied. Choice Hotels reserves the right to amend these terms or terminate this promotion at any time.
